McElroy Manor is a 6,600 sq ft beautiful five bedroom mountain home with spectacular mountain views and private lot on McElroy Mountain inside the Big Canoe gates. The home offers a huge wrap-around front porch with rockers and large wicker seating area and ample parking for 8 cars (or more)!
The front foyer leads to an open great room with smart TV, wood fireplace, a grand piano, and spacious seating. This main floor has a large fully furnished kitchen and adjoining dining room with wood fireplace that seats 6-8 at the table and 4 more at the kitchen bar.
The king bed master bedroom is on this main floor with a smart TV, master bath with bidet, separate jetted Jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower.
All of these rooms have a spectacular view of the Big Canoe mountains.
The laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is also on this main level.
Upstairs has a sitting room with TV and three bedrooms; one with a queen bed bedroom and its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms, with queen beds, share a Jack and Jill bathroom with separate vanities and a shower/tub combination.
Downstairs has a huge recreation room with ping pong table, log themed bunk beds plus additional single bed, sleeper sofa, wood fireplace, and large smart TV. There is a private bedroom with queen bed and trundle bed. The large bathroom with double vanities has a separate tub, and two walk in showers.
Big Canoe is an 8,000 acre gated community in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia an hour North of Atlanta. Big Canoe is a residential community with resort type amenities. We are also a wild life refuge with deer, black bear, turkeys, and many other animals.
